Garrett was given a $7,500 recognizance bond.

- 35 year old, Michael E Hobbs, of Elwood, Indiana was arrested by the Illinois State Police on a Madison County, Indiana failure to appear warrant for possession of Methamphetamine.
- 46 year old, Deborah C Waymire, of Elwood, Indiana was arrested by the Illinois State Police for possession of a controlled substance, contraband in a penal institution, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

- 28 year old, Timothy M Burbank, of Barre, Vermont was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a four year sentence to the Illinois Department of Corrections.
- 20 year old, Logan A Gephart, of Beecher City was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for criminal trespass to property.
