Schlanser, of Beecher City, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for Possession Of Methamphetamine, Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia (Civil), Possession Of Cannabis (Civil) as well as an Effingham County warrant for Failure To Appear on the original charge of Possession Of Methamphetamine (<5 grams).
- 45 year old, James E. Milligan, Jr., of Cowden, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for Possession Of Methamphetamine, Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia (Civil), Possession Of Cannabis (Civil) as well as an Effingham County warrant for Failure To Appear on the original charge of Possession Of Methamphetamine (<5 grams).
- 25 year old, Kendrick A. Jackson, of Effingham, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County warrant for Failure To Appear on the original charge of Criminal Damage To Property. Jackson posted $375.
- 25 year old, Chavez D. Farris, of Charleston, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for Residential Burglary, Criminal Trespass To Occupied Residence, Unlawful Possession Of A Stolen Vehicle, Possession Of Cannabis (Civil) and Possession Of Paraphernalia (Civil).

- At 5:16 P.M. south of the intersection of 3rd and Temple a vehicle driven by Larry R. Cox, 53, Vandalia, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Hannah N. Ingram, 31, Effingham. No injuries and no citations.
February 22, 2019
- At 9:50 A.M. east of the intersection of Evergreen and Outer Belt West a vehicle driven by Preston E. Irwin, 43, Rocky Mountain House, Alberta, Canada, left the hard surface while turning around. The vehicle became stuck in the yard at Heartland Peterbuilt, causing damage to the landscaping. No injuries and no citations.
- At 3:44 P.M. at the intersection of Fayette and 3rd vehicles driven by Travis P. Watkins, 40, and Janet L. Shull, 59, both from Toledo, collided. No injuries and no citations.
