February 22, 2019
- 34 year old, Tina R Torrabla, of Mattoon was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of Methamphetamine and a Coles County failure to appear warrant. Torralba was given a notice to appear.
- 28 year old, Fancis D Strahm, of Suamico, Wisconsin was arrested by the Illinois State Police for driving while license is revoked and speeding 15-20mph over. Strahm posted $150.
- 35 year old, Lance R Garza, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County warrant for contempt. Garza posted $100.
- 31 year old, Zebadiah R Houser, of Shumway was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County mittimus to jail for driving while license is revoked.
- 31 year old, Anthony M Munoz, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for disorderly conduct, aggravated assault, and unlawful use/possession of a weapon by a felon.

- 41 year old, Steven J Norsic, of Brownstown was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for possession of a controlled substance, possession of 15-100 grams of Methamphetamine, possession of Methamphetamine with intent to deliver, and endangering the life of a child.
- 21 year old, Chyenne N Serepin, of Ramsey was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for possession of 15-100 grams of Methamphetamine, possession of Methamphetamine with intent to deliver, endangering the life of a child, a Fayette County warrant for driving while license is suspended, and a Shelby County warrant for uninsured motor vehicle.
- 45 year old, Tamra J Wendt, of Effingham was arrested by the Illinois State Police for driving while under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage, failure to reduce speed, and illegal transportation of alcohol by a driver. Wendt posted $100 and a valid driver’s license.
- 27 year old, Jeffrey R Esker, of Teutopolis was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County mittimus sentence of 10 days.
- 30 year old, Pedro L Ramos-Garcia was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for disorderly conduct. Garcia posted $150.
- 28 year old, Saxon H Smith, of Effingham was arrested by the Altamont Police Department for possession of controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic needle.

- 33 year old, Christina M Torres, of Effingham was arrested by the Altamont Police Department for possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic needle.
- 43 year old, Frederick R Waldhoff, of Effingham was arrested by the Illinois State Police for driving while under the influence of alcohol and disobeying a traffic control device. Waldhoff posted $100 and a valid driver’s license.
- 44 year old, Shawn W Carl, of Toldeo was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for domestic battery.
