- 46 year old, Stacy R McLearin, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for domestic battery and unlawful restraint.
- 51 year old, Rebecca A Suter, of Cowden was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on two Effingham County warrant attachments for contempt for failure to appear on civil cases and a Fayette County warrant attachment for contempt for failure to appear/pay for a civil case. Suter posted $550 and was released.
- 29 year old, Whitney R Howell, of St Elmo was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for retail theft.
- 23 year old, Shay M Ginger, of Holland, Michigan was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear/pay warrant for driving while license is suspended.
- 23 year old, Otis L Walker-Houston III, of Grand Rapids, Michigan was arrested by the Illinois State Police for conspiring to manufacture/possession with intent to deliver 30-500 grams of cannabis, civil possession of drug paraphernalia, and speeding.
February 22, 2019
- 28 year old, Felicia M Gillooley, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for driving while under the influence of alcohol, disobeying a stop sign, and civil possession of cannabis. Gillooley posted $300 and was released.
- 33 year old, Michael L Brown, of Humboldt was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving while license is revoked and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
- 21 year old, Ashley N Schaufler, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of a hypodermic syringe, no valid driver’s license, civil possession of drug equipment, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
- 53 year old, Rebecca J Hissong, of Brownstown was arrested by the Altamont Police Department for possession of Methamphetamine.
