- 21 year old, Justice A.S. Self, of Vandalia was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County mittimus for aggravated driving while under the influence of alcohol.
- 30 year old, Courtney A Thomas, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County sanction sentence of 5 days.
- 33 year old, Justin C Nelson, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of 10-30 grams of cannabis. Nelson posted $150 and was released.
- 34 year old, Brandon J Hess, of Teutopolis was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for aggravated domestic battery, possession of Methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic needle, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hess was given a notice to appear.
- 39 year old, Sean A Curtiss, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County sanction of 48 hours.
- 28 year old, Caitland M Williams, of Junction was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a Saline County failure to appear warrant for driving while license is suspended.

- 31 year old, Allen G Matlock, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for delivery/manufacturing of Methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic needle, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- 20 year old, Wyatt A Hewing, of Teutopolis was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving while under the influence of alcohol, illegal consumption of liquor by a minor, and transportation of alcohol by a driver. Hewing posted $450 and was released.
- 38 year old, Kelli J Moon, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of less than 5 grams of Methamphetamine and possession of a hypodermic needle.
- 46 year old, Vincent D Smith, of Walls, Mississippi was arrested by the Illinois State Police for driving while license is suspended, failure to secure child, and speeding. Smith posted $150.
- 31 year old, Ray L Budde, of Pana was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for theft.
- 19 year old, Mitchell A Martin, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for possession of a controlled substance and civil possession of cannabis.
