- 24 year old, Devin W F Miller, of Shumway was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Miller posted $325.
- 27 year old, Kurtis R Jayne, of Newton was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for driving while under the influence of alcohol.
