- 22 year old, Dylan J C Simms, of Charleston was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for resisting a peace officer. Simms posted $575 and was released.
- 45 year old, Richard D Hampton, of Louisville was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a Clay County problem solving court warrant. Hampton posted $3,000 and was released.
- 35 year old, James K England, of Montrose was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for possession of a controlled substance.
- 39 year old, Miranda D Ledbetter, of Altamont was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear/pay warrant for driving while license is suspended.
- 40 year old, James W Ledbetter, of Altamont was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
- 23 year old, Kaitlyn M Fitzgerald, of Altamont was arrested by the Altamont Police Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for driving while license is suspended.

- 49 year old, Jeffery D Loy, of Watson was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for domestic battery.
- 27 year old, Kendrick R Thomas, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for driving while license is revoked, possession of 2.5-10grams of cannabis with intent to deliver, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
- 21 year old, Logan R Dallape, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for criminal trespass to real property. Dallape posted $150.
