January 11, 2019
- 30 year old, Courtney A Thomas, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for possession of under 5 grams of Methamphetamine.
- 30 year old, Joshua R Keck, of Altamont was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for resisting a peace officer.
- 62 year old, Ellen D Fortman, of Kinmundy was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for retail theft. Fortman was given a notice to appear.
- 19 year old, Austin P Frazier, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for domestic battery and violation of an order of protection.
- 19 year old, Jonah D Holste, of Altamont was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a Fayette County failure to appear warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Holste posted $750.
- 34 year old, Brandon J Hess, of Teutopolis was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for assault.

- 32 year old, Kevin M Hazlett, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on a Coles County failure to appear warrant for contempt of court. Hazlett posted $300 and was released.
- 25 year old, Vincent T Hemann, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for improper lane usage. Hemann posted $375 and was released.
