- 26 year old, Maxwell G. Myers, of Beecher City, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Myers was given NTA by States Attorney and was released.
- 26 year old, Candice G. Frese, of Chicago, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Frese posted $825 and was released.
- 30 year old, Jonathan J. Berry, of Mattoon, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a Coles County warrant for Violating Probation on the original charge of Possession of Methamphetamine.
- 36 year old, Joshua R. Schlanser, of Shelbyville, IL, was arrested by Effingham Police Department on a Shelby County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Disorderly Conduct. Schlanser posted $375 and was released.
- 47 year old, Robert J. Austin, of Mason, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County warrant for Aggravated Domestic Battery. Austin posted $2000 and was released.
- 27 year old, Dustin L. Ellis, of Altamont, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County warrant for Domestic Battery.

- 34 year old, Vanessa G. Pagel, of Altamont, IL was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Contempt. Pagel posted $200 and was released.
