- 22 year old, Kaitlyn M Fitzgerald, of Altamont was arrested by the Altamont Police Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for manufacture/delivery of 30-500 grams of cannabis, suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and improper display of registration.
- 30 year old, Darrell E Sterling, of St Louis, Missouri was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for obstruction of justice, driving while license is suspended, a Franklin County, Missouri warrant for driving while license is revoked, and a Jefferson County, Missouri warrant for drug trafficking.
- 32 year old, Juanita E Sterling, of St Louis, Missouri was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for obstruction of ID, possession of a weapon by a felon, drug paraphernalia, possession of Methamphetamine, a Franklin County, Missouri warrant for possession of a controlled substance, a St Louis County warrant for possession of a controlled substance, and a Jefferson County, Missouri warrant for amphetamine trafficking.
- 78 year old, James D Beebe, of Danville was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving while license is suspended. Beebe posted $150 and was released.
- 38 year old, Michael R Shewman, of Muncie, Indiana was arrested by the Illinois State Police for driving while license is suspended.
- 36 year old, Joshua D Bialeschki, of Dieterich was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for felony resisting a peace officer and disorderly conduct.

- At 9:30am north of the intersection of Banker and Hoffman, a vehicle driven by 36 year old, Jesse R Patnaude, of Effingham sideswiped a vehicle driven by 94 year old, Emmit D Poynter, of Dieterich. No injuries or citations were reported.
- At 2:34pm at the intersection of Fayette and Maple, a vehicle driven by 29 year old, Joshua A Zinkgraf, of Vandalia rear-ended a vehicle driven by 73 year old, Robert E Stine, of Altamont. No injuries or citations were reported.
- At 4:59pm at 1805 W Fayette, a semi driven by 21 year old, Shanon R Peters, of Columbus, Georgia backed into a parked semi owned by Landstar Inway, Inc., of Jacksonville, Florida. No injuries or citations were reported.

- At 12:15am at 1702 W Evergreen, a semi driven by 32 year old, Bobby L Burdette, of Madison, Texas struck and damaged a TA Truckstop fuel island. No injuries or citations were reported.
- At 11:00pm at 1805 W Fayette, an unknown vehicle struck a parked vehicle owned by Heaven N Smith, of Mt Vernon. No injuries or citations were reported at this time.

- At 5:55pm at 1805 W Fayette, a semi driven by 50 year old, Mustufa Bermani, of Shelby Township, Michigan backed into a parked semi owned by American Transport Inc., of Alhambra. No injuries or citations were reported.
