- 33 year old, Benjamin D Calkins, of Watson was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County veterans court mittimus sentence of 24 hours.
- 64 year old, Steven V Haslip, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for domestic battery.
- 33 year old, Danielle R Pagel, of Altamont was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for contempt of court for a failed drug test.
- 25 year old, John A McCormick, of Shumway was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for driving while license is suspended. McCormick posted $375 and was released.

- At 1:50pm at the intersection of Maple and Jefferson, a vehicle driven by 51 year old, Steven J Bone, of Effingham rear-ended a vehicle driven by 39 year old, Cristy M Lawrence, of Beecher City. Lawrence and a passenger, 46 year old, Anita L Lash, of Mason sustained injuries but refused treatment. No citations were reported.

- At 5:09pm north of the intersection of 3rd and Temple, a vehicle driven by 37 year old, Joshua J Koester, of Effingham rear-ended a vehicle driven by 57 year old, Mary J Holomy, of Effingham. No injuries or citations were reported.

- At 9:50am, a vehicle driven by 61 year old, Judy A Houtchins, of Odin struck and damaged a building located at 401 N Keller, owned by Janet Zerrusen. No injuries or citations were reported.

- 26 year old, Jamont M Jackson, of Chicago was arrested for forgery. He is incarcerated at the Coles County Jail.
- 27 year old, Nyere J Almore Jr, of Chicago was arrested for forgery. He is incarcerated at the Coles County Jail.
- 27 year old, Demetrius C Mattox, of Chicago was arrested for forgery. He is incarcerated at the Coles County Jail.
