- 21 year old, Ernesto Dominguez, of Bloomington, Indiana was arrested by the Altamont Police Department for driving while license is suspended. Dominguez posted $150 and was released.
- 22 year old, Kelly R Hadley, of Bloomington, Indiana was arrested by the Altamont Police Department for possession of drug paraphernalia. Hadley posted $150 and was released.
- 31 year old, Jonathan G Devore, of Mason was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving while license is revoked. Devore posted $150 and was released.
- 45 year old, Frederick J Burton, of Westville, Indiana was arrested by Transportation Service for an overnight hold for security transport.
- 21 year old, Cody R Loy, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on an Effingham County warrant for possession of greater than 5 grams of Methamphetamine.
- 28 year old, Scott T Dundee, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on a Coles County failure to appear warrant for driving while under the influence of alcohol.
September 26, 2017
- 30 year old, Andrew M Purcell, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for possession of Methamphetamine, civil possession of cannabis, civil possession of drug equipment, and loud muffler.
- 38 year old, Kirsten L Hall, of Casey was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a Bond County failure to appear warrant for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and speeding.

Crashes
September 25, 2017
- At 3:27pm at the intersection of Willenborg and Mini Hills, a vehicle driven by 76 year old, Larry W Lindley, of Neoga left the roadway and struck and damaged a culvert and piping owned by Kenneth Wohltman, of Effingham. Lindley sustained injuries and was transported by ambulance to HSHS St Anthony’s Memorial Hospital for treatment. No citations were reported.
- At 8:53pm at 2500 N 3rd, a semi driven by 62 year old, Glen L Peterson, of Bourbonnais struck a parked semi owned by Paschall Truck Lines Inc, of Murray, Kentucky. No injuries or citations were reported.
All persons listed are innocent until proven guilty in the court of law.
