Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The Effingham County Transportation & Infrastructure Committee met on Tuesday and discussed a few sifferent items, and moved a few action items to the full County Board.
ECPT gave their monthly report, updating the committee on E-Trax as well. The Maintenance Facility is still in the process, and Kelly Lockhart stated that they are working on architecture.
The County Parking Lot is now done, and once the final bill is paid for that parking lot, the Jail Roof bid will be discussed and moved forward. The Committee also announced that quotes are going out for a drop box, with more information expected at next month’s meeting.
FACE Orchestra members attended the meeting to announce some upcoming shows at the Courtyard Pavillion and they asked for the Committee to give them permission to use it for their shows on June 11th, July 9th, August 12th, and September 10th. The Committee recommended approval for the full County Board to consider.
The County Building plumbing issue has been resolved, and CSS updated their lease agreement for their vehicle. An update was also announced for PCOM, with an audit needed to approve the ARSE Plan. Once that is complete, they can formally apply for a grant.
