Chicago, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation is launching a new online portal for consumer financial complaints. The new submission option is designed to simplify and modernize the way Illinois consumers file complaints against financial institutions.
The portal will now accept complaints for both the Division of Banking and the Division of Financial Institutions. The launch comes at a time when the country has seen a significant rise in consumer financial complaints.
