Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- USDA’s Rural Development Director Jesus Ortega took time out of his busy schedule to sit down for an interview to discuss local investments through the USDA Rural Development program, and also talk about some future plans. One of the recent investments was through EJ Water, which provided an upgraded and modernized water reservoir to Holland, IL.
