- Effingham City Police arrested 34 year old Jordan A. Kritz of Effingham for domestic battery. Jordan was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 25 year old Cassandra S. Brown of Effingham for reckless driving, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of <5g of meth, aggravated fleeing, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Cassandra was given a pretrial NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 45 year old Scott L. McElroy of Effingham for a Shelby County FTA warrant for burglary. Scott was transported to the Shelby County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32 year old Zachary T. Hodgkin of Mason for a Dewitt County FTA warrant for a traffic offense. Zachary was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37 year old Holly R. Brewster of Mattoon for an Effingham County FTA warrant for retail theft. Holly was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
