- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40 year old Jeremy C. Strader of Decatur for a Coles County FTA warrant for driving while license suspended/revoked. Jeremy posted bond and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 29 year old Rachel L. Worman of St. Elmo for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Rachel was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 32 year old Alexander J. Garrard for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth, a Cumberland County FTA warrant for retail theft, a Crawford County FTA warrant for child endangerment, and driving while license suspended. Alexander was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35 year old Brandon S. Poe of Cahokia for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and improper use of registration. Brandon was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 38 year old June K. Derksen for resisting/obstructing a police officer. June was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 23 year old Hunter S. Lowe for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth and an Effingham County FTA warrant for criminal trespass. Hunter was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
