EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office and Effingham City Police arrested 21 year old Kaper K. Jones Stuckey of Effingham for resisting or obstructing a police officer, resisting or obstructing a police officer with injury, criminal damage to state supported property, disorderly conduct, and an IDOC warrant for parole violation. Kaper was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
