Shelbyville, IL-(Effingham Radio)-The Shelby County Board is set to meet tomorrow night in Courtroom A.
The following items are on the agenda:
- Resolution to rezone property owned by Bart and Michelle Owens located at 1457 N 2300 East Rd in Shelbyville from rural residential to general business for rental cabins
- Resolution for Bart and Michelle Owens for a variance on ground floor requirement from 900 sq ft minimum to an overall total of 900 sq ft allowance for rental cabins
- Resolution to rezone property owned by M & S Holding Group LLC (represented by Shawn Starwalt) located at 2108 N 2300 East Rd in Findlay from rural residential to general business for storage rental buildings
- 50/50 petitions for Lakewood Township 1300E/650N to replace a CMP with a CMP $4,800, Cold Spring Township 370N/1200E to replace a CMP with a CMP $4,700, and Big Spring Township and Sigel Township 400N/2130E to replace a concrete box with two CMPS $22,170
- Resolution to amend the FY 22 budget to accept funds ($123,953.78) from the AOIC&G and to expend funds for Courthouse Technology Improvements
- Proposed Animal Control Warden Memorandum of Understanding regarding compensation and wages
- Proposed Highway Department Memorandum of Understanding regarding clothing allowance
- Salary Resolution for Shelby County Sheriff to take office on December 1, 2022 as per Public Act 102-0699 (Salary of Sheriff to be 80% of salary set for State’s Attorney)
- Salary Setting Resolution for the 4 year term for Supervisor of Assessments to take office on December 1, 2022
- Salary Setting Resolution for the 4 year term for Shelby County Treasurer to take office on December 1, 2022
- Salary Setting Resolution for the 4 year term for Shelby County Clerk and Recorder to take office on December 1, 2022
- Resolution to amend the IMRF Budget for FY22
- Appoint Rodney McClain to Findlay Fire Protection District trustees for a three year term
The Shelby County Board meeting will begin at 7:00pm.
