- At 12:46 P.M. at the intersection of Keller and Evergreen a vehicle driven by Judy A. Greene, 76, Effingham, turned in front of and was struck by a vehicle driven by Janice A. Lamkin, 78, Effingham. No injuries. Green was ticketed for Failure to Yield.

- At 12:11 P.M. at the intersection of Temple and Maple a vehicle driven by Mary A. Holland, 60, Effingham, struck a vehicle driven by Sara L. Whitehall, 55, Mattoon. No injuries and no citations.

- At 11:04 A.M. at the intersection of Fayette and 4th a vehicle driven by Jeremy D. Deters, 36, Montrose, turned in front of and was struck by a vehicle driven by Maximilian N. Arroyo, 28, Effingham. Arroyo sustained injuries and was transported by ambulance to HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital for treatment. Deters was ticketed for Failure to Yield.
