- At 3:33 P.M. at the intersection of Temple and Merchant a vehicle driven by Bonnie J. Webb, 76, Effingham, turned in front of and was struck by a vehicle driven by Sara A. Stone, 42, Teutopolis. The collision caused Webb’s vehicle to roll onto its side and strike a vehicle driven by Jason P. Huber, 39, Teutopolis. Webb sustained injuries and was transported by ambulance to HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital for treatment. Webb was ticketed for Failure to Yield.
