Brown, 56, Effingham, lost control on the snow-covered roadway and struck a vehicle driven by Michael S. Briggerman, 46, Effingham. A passenger in Brown’s vehicle, Angela F. Brown, 38, Effingham, sustained injuries but refused treatment. No citations.

- At 5:24 P.M. at the intersection of Maple and Evergreen a vehicle driven by Kelle L. Waldorf, 56, Effingham, collided with a vehicle driven by Carol L. Calkins, 66, Effingham. No injuries and no citations.
