- 22 year old, Christopher C. Howland, of Cowden, IL, was arrested by Altamont Police Department for Possession Of Methamphetamine and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.

- At 7:55 PM at the intersection of W. Fayette and S. Maple a vehicle driven by Mariah N. Cook, 19, Effingham, struck a vehicle driven by Kayla D. Bly, 17, Effingham. No injuries. Cook was ticketed for Disobeying a Traffic Control Device.
