- 39 year old, Ronnie J. Robison, of Shumway, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for Aggravated Assault, Resist/Obstruct A Police Officer, Driving While License Is Revoked, Reckless Driving and an Effingham County warrant for Driving While License Is Revoked.
- 41 year old, Robert L. Lowrance, of Teutopolis, IL, was arrested by Illinois State Police for Driving While License Is Suspended and Operating An Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Lowrance posted $250.
- 48 year old, Craig A. Finke, of Effingham, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County warrant for Theft (>$300) and a Clark County FTA warrant for Driving While License Is Suspended.

- At 9:05 P.M. at the intersection of Jaycee and Banker a vehicle driven by Jaret M. Alwardt, 17, Altamont, turned in front of and was struck by a vehicle driven by Katherine R. Carie, 16, Effingham. Carie sustained injuries but refused treatment. Alwardt was ticketed for Failure to Yield.
