- 47 year old, Paul J. Richey, of Mattoon, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County FTA warrant for Contempt and a Coles County FTA warrant for Domestic Battery.
- 24 year old, John M. Durbin, of Beecher City, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a Shelby County warrant for Theft.
- 32 year old, Anthony K. Hamilton, of Mattoon, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County FTA warrant for Meth Precursor (<15 grams).
