- 25 year old, Heath A Stilabower, of Neoga was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for driving while license is suspended. Stilabower posted $250.
August 24, 2019
- 27 year old, Shane M Junior, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving while under the influence of alcohol. Junior posted $100 and a driver’s license.
- 46 year old, John L Mulvaney, of Kinmundy was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a Fayette County failure to appear warrant for domestic battery.
- 25 year old, John H W Criner, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County mittimus sentence of 24 hours.
August 25, 2019
- 42 year old, Terell M Ross was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for aggravated battery.
- 31 year old, Donald T Bush was arrested by the Illinois State Police and Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for two counts of resisting arrest, driving while under the influence of alcohol, two counts of endangering the life of a child, and domestic battery.
