- 28 year old, Lucas C McDaniel, of Edgewood was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of a controlled substance and resisting/obstructing a police officer.
- 50 year old, William C Fultz, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a Shelby County failure to appear warrant for driving while under the influence of alcohol. Fultz posted $275.
- 27 year old, Dillon S Beccue, of Edgewood was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County mittimus sentence of 30 days for burglary.
- 40 year old, Shannae E Weaver, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for pedestrian under the influence. Weaver was given a notice to appear.
- 26 year old, Steven M Moore, of Flora was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County mittmus sentence of 15 weekends for driving while license is revoked.
- 38 year old, Lance C Phillips, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on a Shelby County failure to appear warrant for assault. Phillips posted $575.
- 22 year old, Skyler L Roley, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on Effingham County warrant for driving while license is revoked and fleeing or attempting to elude police officers. Roley posted $300.

- 44 year old, Todd D Koester, of Dieterich was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving while under the influence of alcohol and resisting a peace officer.
- 57 year old, Richard S Hale, of West Plaines, Missouri was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for driving while under the influence of alcohol. Hale was given a notice to appear.
- 47 year old, William A Dockery, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County mittimus.
- 31 year old, Shanenon R Yingst Gillespie, of Altamont was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for domestic battery.
- 22 year old, Holly B Nichols, of Stewardson was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for retail theft. Nichols posted $150 and was released.
- 24 year old, Kelly B Omohumdro, of Toledo was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving while license is suspended, and a Fayette County failure to appear warrant for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Omohumdro posted $175 and was released.
