- 34 year old, Glenn M. Starnes, of Altamont, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a Fayette County FTA warrant for Possession Of Methamphetamine (<5 grams). Starnes was transferred to Fayette County.
- 36 year old, Dustin R. Smith, of Effingham, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for VOOP and sentenced to a 14 day Effingham County mittimus sentence.
- 24 year old, Cody L. Smith, of Pana, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County FTA warrant for Possession Of Methamphetamine (<5 grams).
- 38 year old, Nicholas A. Gatewood, of Altamont, IL, was arrested by Altamont Police Department for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting A Peace Officer. Gatewood posted $150 and was released.
- 24 year old, Dalton G. Higgs, of Altamont, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for Domestic Battery.
- 27 year old, John A. Kenter, of Effingham, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for Driving While License Is Suspended/Revoked, Driving Under The Influence and sentenced to a 45 day Effingham County mittimus sentence.
