- 41 year old, Jeramic D Boone, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for retail theft <$300. Boone posted $475.
- 37 year old, Elijah C Donaldson, of Beecher City was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County mittimus sentence of 48 hours.
- 32 year old, Samuel W Wilson, of Wheeler was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County mittmus sentence of 96 hours.
- 40 year old, Robin J Plummer, of Montrose was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for retail theft/alter price.
- 22 year old, Jacob D Fairbanks, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of <5 grams of Methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- 24 year old, Javon L Robinson, of Carbondale was arrested by the Illinois State Police for driving while license is suspended and speeding. Robinson posted $150 and was released.
- 25 year old, Jennifer M Barnett was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for criminal trespass to property.
- 35 year old, Christopher F Feldhake, of Strasburg was arrested by the Illinois State Police for driving while license is revoked, an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for driving while under the influence of alcohol/intoxicating compound, contempt of court, and civil possession of <10 grams of cannabis, and civil possession of drug paraphernalia. Feldhake posted $775 and was released.

- 37 year old, Dustin J Williams, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on an Effingham County warrant attachment for contempt. Williams posted $250.
- 40 year old, Richard A Heil, of Alton was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
- 26 year old, Roger L Kirkman, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for criminal damage to property $500-10,000.
- 54 year old, Scott H Whorton, of Mason was arrested by the Altamont Police Department for criminal trespass. Whorton posted $150.
