- At 7:01 P.M. west of the intersection of 4th and Eiche a bicycle operated by Zander D. Koester, 15, Effingham, struck a vehicle driven by Vanessa M. Skavlem, 44, Mason. Koester sustained injuries and was transported by ambulance to HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital for treatment. Koester was ticketed for Failure to Yield.

- At 7:48 A.M. at the intersection of Willow and Gordon a vehicle driven by Sabrina R. Keebler, 30, Willow Hill, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Clinton H. Williams, 65, Newton. No injuries and no citations.
- At 12:15 P.M. at 1204 Ave of Mid America an unknown vehicle struck a parked vehicle owned by Susan Verdeyen, Altamont. No injuries and no citations at this time.
