SHELBYVILLE, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The following has been released by the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office:
June 11, 2019 Tower Hill Township 10:59 a.m.
- Martin E. Laughlin, 29, of Tower Hill was issued citations for improper operation of an ATV or off highway motorcycle on the roadway, no valid registration and operating an uninsured vehicle after a traffic stop at the intersection of 1000N and 800E.
June 14, 2019 Village of Cowden 3:12 p.m.
- Deputies were dispatched to a residence in Cowden for a report of a vehicle theft. Upon arrival Jennifer Day advised Ethan S. Law, 26, of Shelbyville had taken her vehicle and several items from her home. He was later found in Shelbyville and was arrested for possession of a stolen motor vehicle by the Shelbyville P.D. He was transported to the Detention Center for processing.
June 22, 2019 Richland Township 1:20 p.m.
- Charles A. Jackson, Jr, 41, of Charleston was arrested for driving while license revoked and no rear registration plate light after a traffic stop at IL Rt 32 and S. 3rd St. in Strasburg. He was transported to the Detention Center for processing.
Herrick Township 11:30 p.m.
- Melissa K. McDowell, 39, of Cowden was arrested for driving while license suspended after a traffic stop on Co Hwy 22 just east of Co Rd 1125E. She was transported to the Detention Center for processing, She later posted bond and was released.
June 23, 2019 City of Shelbyville 11:09 a.m.
- After a complaint was filed for child visitation interference Jodi Vanuytven, 30, of Pana was issued a Notice to Appear.
June 24, 2019 Village of Windsor 7:51 p.m.
- Donald L. Sims, 47, of Windsor was arrested for aggravated battery after an incident at his residence in Windsor. He was transported to the Detention Center awaiting a court appearance. He later posted bond and was released.
June 25, 2019 Village of Tower Hill 9:56 a.m.
- Haley M. Dixon, 21, of Rosamond was arrested for obstruction and transported to the Detention Center awaiting a court appearance. She later posted bond and was released.
