June 27, 2019
- 35 year old, Johnny W Smith, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of over 10 grams of Methamphetamine, delivery of over 10 grams of Methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while license is revoked.
- 36 year old, Alan J Logsdon, of Shelbyville was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a Shelby County failure to appear warrant for violation of sentence probation. Logsdon was transported to Shelby County.
- 26 year old, Steven M Moore, of Flora was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a Douglas County failure to appear warrant for driving while license is revoked, unlawful possession of cannabis, and driving while license is revoked. Moore posted $500.
- 29 year old, Whitney R Howell, of St Elmo was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for retail theft.
- 52 year old, Steven C Connor, of Brownstown was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on a Fayette County failure to appear warrant for possession of Methamphetamine.
- 20 year old, Sierra K Blankenship, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of Methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- 23 year old, Anthony S Evans, of Stewardson was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant attachment for contempt.
- 25 year old, Taylor K Nathan, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on an Effingham County original warrant for driving while license is suspended.
June 28, 2019
- 33 year old, Jacob L Holliday, of Vandalia was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for driving while under the influence of alcohol and disobeying a traffic control device. Holliday posted $100 and a valid drivers license.
- 49 year old, Richard F Kasper III, of Mattoon was arrested by the Illinois State Police for driving while license is suspended and a Johnson County, Indiana failure to appear warrant for felony theft.

- At 10:24 A.M. at the intersection of Jefferson and Oakridge a vehicle driven by Kate E. Volk, 18, Teutopolis, sustained the loss of a tire. No injuries and no citations.
June 26, 2019
- At 9:14 A.M. at the intersection of Banker and Fayette a vehicle driven by Miranda P. Zuber, 23, Newton, turned into the path of and was struck by a vehicle driven by Kristy L. Hildebrand, 30, Teutopolis. No injuries. Zuber was ticketed for Failure to Yield.
