- 39 year old, Willie J Davison, of Herrin was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for driving while license is suspended and a Kendall County failure to appear warrant for driving while license is suspended. Davison was given a notice to appear for Effingham County charge and was ready for pickup by Kendall County.
- 37 year old, Ryan A Clarkson, of Altamont was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for possession of Methamphetamine. Clarkson posted $825.
- 36 year old, Lyndsey L Walk, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a 72 hour court sanction.
- 57 year old, Debra L Landman, of Wilmington, Ohio was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for driving while under the influence of alcohol.
- 25 year old, Essence L McFall, of Rantoul was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.
- 35 year old, Bettyann M Conner, of Stewardson was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for disorderly conduct. Conner posted $375.
- 27 year old, Tara B Szarek, of Edgewood was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on a Clay County failure to appear warrant for retail theft.

- 19 year old, Tajah J Dobine, of Aurora was arrested by the Illinois State Police for driving while license is suspended and speeding. Dobine posted $150 and was released.
- 51 year old, Mark C Barnes, of Mason was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving while license is revoked and operating an atv on a roadway. Barnes posted $150 and was released.
- 40 year old, Kenie T Tuttle, of Beecher City was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for driving while license is suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Tuttle posted $150 and was released.
- 56 year old, Rick D Aterburn, of Mason was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving while under the influence of alcohol, operating an atv on a roadway, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Aterburn posted $100 and a valid driver’s license and was released.
- 22 year old, Nathan C Robison, of Findlay was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for reckless driving, no valid registration, and operating a motorcycle on one wheel. Robison posted $150 and was released.
- 35 year old, Edwardo Santiago, of Coldwater, Michigan was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for disorderly conduct.
