- 38 year old, Torrence T. Smith, of St. Elmo, IL, was arrested by Altamont Police Department for Disorderly Conduct. Smith posted $150.

- At 10:30 A.M. east of the intersection of Fayette and Maple a vehicle driven by Thomas C. Ford, 84, Lawrenceville, sideswiped a semi driven by Ronnie M. Hindman, 65, Lonoke, AR. No injuries. Ford was ticketed for Improper Lane Usage.
