- 37 year old, John R James, of Watson was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for violation of an order of protection.
- 32 year old, Kyle P Schumacher, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a court sanction of 8 days.
- 44 year old, Mary C Hunley-Bingham, of Altamont was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on an Shelby County failure to appear warrant for contempt of court. Hunley-Bingham posted $500.
- 50 year old, Darren A Williams, of Vincennes, Indiana was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of under 5 grams of Methamphetamine.

- 25 year old, Ryan A Holkenbrink, of Teutopolis was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving while under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage. Holkenbrink posted $100 and a valid driver’s license.
- 18 year old, Jakeb J.H. Storck, of Beecher City was arrested by the Illinois State Police for driving while under the influence of alcohol, illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, and improper lane usage. Storck posted $250 and a valid driver’s license.
- 36 year old, Christopher L Morrison, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on a Tavapai County, Arizona warrant for driving while under the influence of alcohol.
- 28 year old, Shawn B Hepner, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for unlawful possession of another’s debit card.
- 21 year old, Brayden L Aldredge, of Stewardson was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for mob action and an Illinois Department of Corrections warrant for mob action.
- 31 year old, Nicholas M Weatherford, of Lafayette, Indiana was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a Lafayette County, Indiana warrant for possession of a weapon/felon with a handgun.
- 36 year old, Jason D OConner, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for driving while license is suspended. OConner was given a notice to appear.
- 24 year old, Levi G Lidy, of Dieterich was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for resisting police officer, civil possession of drug paraphernalia, and an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for possession of Methamphetamine under 5 grams.
- 34 year old, Michael E Cowger, of Dieterich was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of Methamphetamine, improper display of registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and no valid registration.
- 32 year old, Aaron S Young, of Effingham was arrested by the Altamont Police Department for driving while license is revoked and illegal transportation of alcohol.
