- 27 year old, John A Kenter, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for driving while license is revoked and civil possession of drug paraphernalia. Kenter posted $150.
- 23 year old, Kaitlyn M Fitzgerald, of Altamont was arrested by the Altamont Police Department on an Effingham County warrant for manufacturing/delivery of 30-500 grams of cannabis. Fitzgerald posted $750.
- 32 year old, Tucker J Ohara, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of under 5 grams of Methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic needle, criminal trespass to property, possession of contraband in a penal institution, and an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for possession of under 5 grams Methamphetamine.

- 38 year old, Dustin L Gent, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for battery. Gent posted $150.
- 29 year old, Drew T Apke, of Teutopolis was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving while under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage. Apke posted $100 and a valid driver’s license.
- 27 year old, Cassandra L Johnson, of Altamont was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving while under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage, and illegal transportation by a driver. Johnson posted $300.
- 17 year old, Ariana J Alex, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for disorderly conduct.
- 32 year old, Samuel W Wilson, of Wheeler was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a drug court mittimus sentence of 3 days.
- 53 year old, Michaela D Verdeyen, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of a controlled substance, civil possession of cannabis, and civil possession of drug equipment.
- 29 year old, Samantha J Holmes, of Marion was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for domestic battery.
- 23 year old, Anthony S Evans, of Farina was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for contempt.
