- 30 year old, Ashley R. Graham, of Taylorville, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County FTA warrant for Contempt. Graham posted $100.
- 19 year old, Devin R. Matlock, of Effingham, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a Cumberland County FTA warrant for Littering. Matlock posted $425.

- At 9:02 P.M. north of the intersection of N. Keller and Hickory Hill a vehicle driven by William S. Willing, 30, Grove City, OH, lost a tire off the trailer he was hauling. Lida T. Taylor, 63, Effingham, collided with the tire causing a vehicle driven by Gary J. Kreke, 65, Effingham, to rear-end Taylor. No injuries and no citations.

- At 3:43 P.M. at the intersection of Avenue of Mid America and Keller a vehicle driven by Homer T. Doll, 77, Pocahontas, collided with a vehicle driven by Kenneth L. Ramsey, Jr., 60, Lousiville. No injuries. Doll was ticketed for Improper Lane Usage.

- At 2:08 P.M. at the intersection of W. Fayette and S. Maple a vehicle driven by Corban D. Matney, 54, West Terre Haute, IN, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Xenophon B. Butcher, 71, Louisville. No injuries and no citations.
