- 42 year old, Martin L. Butler, of Dieterich, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for Illegal Transportation, DUI (Alcohol) and Disobeying Stop Sign. Butler posted $100, a valid Driver’s License and was released.
- 35 year old, Johnny W. Smith, of Effingham, IL, was arrested by Effingham Police Department for Possession Of Methamphetamine, Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia and a Clay County FTA warrant for DUI (Alcohol).
April 15, 2019
- 21 year old, Larry Adams II, of Indianapolis, IN, was arrested by Altamont Police Department for Speeding 40 MPH Or More Over The Posted Speed Limit and Reckless Driving. Adams posted $150 and was released.
