- 51 year old, Renee M Cox, of Bingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for possession of Methamphetamine.
- 33 year old, Joseph R Lucas, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a Coles County failure to appear warrant for driving while license is suspended. Lucas posted $375.
- 19 year old, Deja L Butler, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for retail theft. Butler posted $150.
- 41 year old, Jayme L Godert, of Altamont was arrested by the Altamont Police Department for driving while license is suspended. Godert was given a notice to appear.
- 29 year old, Michael J McNeely, of Strasburg was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of Methamphetamine.
- 29 year old, Robert F Huey, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving while under the influence of alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Huey posted $100 and a valid driver’s license.

- 34 year old, Jesse A Hernandez, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for two counts of aggravated battery causing great bodily harm.
- 36 year old, Christopher M Richardson, of Indianapolis, Indiana was arrested by the Altamont Police Department for possession of 15-100 grams of cocaine, possession of 10-30 grams of cannabis, and possessiono of a controlled substance.
- 33 year old, Scott P Schumacher, of Neoga was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for driving while under the influence of alcohol. Schumacher posted $300 and was released.
- 59 year old, James D Rodarmel, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for failure to register as a sex offender.
- 33 year old, Justin A Bannick, of Dieterich was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for violation of an order of protection, resisting a peace officer, criminal damage to property, and criminal trespass to real property.
- 58 year old, Edward R Lonngren, of Mason was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving while license is suspended. Lonngren was given a notice to appear and was released.
