March 19, 2019
- 62 year old, Steven L. Poe, of Louisville, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for Driving While License Is Suspended. Poe posted $150 and was released.
- 39 year old, Jessica L. Wagner, of Edgewood, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County FTA warrant for Possession Of Methamphetamine (<5 grams).
- 40 year old, Debra J. Payne, of Effingham, IL, was arrested by Effingham Police Department on an Effingham County FTA warrant for Burglary, a Fayette County FTA warrant for Driving While License Suspended and a Bond County FTA warrant for Driving While License Is Suspended. Payne posted $1200.
- 24 year old, Ridge Glen Gilpin, of Watson, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for Driving While License Is Suspended and No Valid Insurance. Gilpin posted $150 and was released.

- 47 year old, David E. Jones, of Eagerville, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County FTA warrant for Driving While License Is Revoked.
- 29 year old, Tabatha Arrasmith, of Effingham, IL, was arrested by Effingham Count Sheriff’s Department for Driving While License Is Suspended and Operating An Uninsured Motor Vehicle.

March 2, 2019
- At 8:30 P.M. at the intersection of N. Keller and W. Evergreen a vehicle driven by Tiffany J. Webb, 33, Pana, stuck the rear-end of a vehicle driven by Melinda D. Fulk, 32, Effingham causing Fulk to strike the rear-end of a vehicle driven by Kim R. Henke, 64, East Gull Lake, MN. No injuries. Webb was ticketed for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident.

- At 6:33 P.M. at 1501 W. Fayette an unknown vehicle stuck a parked vehicle owned by Enterprise FM Trust, Effingham. No injuries and no citations at this time.
March 11, 2019
- At 7:24 A.M. at the intersection of W. Fayette and S. Maple a vehicle driven by Timothy C. Sturgeon, 47, Decatur, struck a vehicle driven by Tracy J. McWhorter, 43, Effingham. McWhorter sustained injuries and wastransported by ambulance to HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital for
treatment. Sturgeon was ticketed for Disobeying a Traffic Control Device.

- At 8:00 A.M. at the intersection of W. Fayette and S. Raney an unknown vehicle struck a vehicle driven by Lawrence A. Uthell, 38, Dieterich. No injuries and no citations at this time.
- At 11:35 P.M. at 770 E. Rickelman a semi driven by Malachi N. King, 30, Lithonia, GA, struck a curb and sustained damage to the semi. No injuries. King was ticketed for Disobeying a Traffic Control Device.
