- At 11:24 A.M. at the intersection of Keller and Temple a vehicle driven by Ronda E. Klier, 60, Newton, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Allison R. Schumacher, 37, Effingham. No injuries and no citations.

- At 6:36 A.M. at the intersection of Keller and Evergreen a vehicle driven by Kassaundra K. Slifer, 27, Effingham, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Donald R. Goldstein, 89, Effingham. No injuries and no citations.
- At 2:00 P.M. east of the intersection of 3rd and Washington a vehicle driven by Sandy J. Rose, 54, Greenville, backed into a vehicle driven by Katina L. Devore, 43, Cowden. No injuries. Rose was ticketed for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.
- At 2:40 P.M. at the intersection of Merchant and Virginia a vehicle driven by Micaela J. Schaefer, 16, Effingham, struck a vehicle driven by Claudia Gomez Vergara, 31, Effingham. Gomez Vergara sustained injuries but refused treatment. Schaefer was ticketed for Failure to Yield.
