- 22 year old, Dylan J C Simms, of Charleston was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County mittimus sentence of 48 hours for resisting a peace officer.
- 37 year old, Timothy J Fleener, of Centralia was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for bad checks.
