January 24, 2019
- At 7:15 P.M. at the intersection of Banker and the CN Spur Line RR Crossing a vehicle driven by Silvio Ramos-Garcia, 27, Effingham, struck and damaged an IDOT traffic sign. No injuries. Ramos-Garcia was ticketed for Failure to Report Accident to Police Authority, No Valid Driver’s License, Improper Lane Usage and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.
