- At 7:30 A.M. at the intersection of Main and Temple a vehicle driven by Kaylie N. Corman, 33, Effingham, struck a vehicle driven by Ashley K. Jansen, 30, Effingham. The impact caused Jansen’s vehicle to leave the roadway and strike and damage Christmas lights owned by Hayley Lankford, Effingham. No injuries and no citations.
