- 34 year old, Adam S. Mathers, of Eugene, OR, was arrested by Illinois State Police for Driving While License Is Suspended, Speeding (70 MPH in a 55 MPH Zone), Possession Of Cannabis (Civil /<10 grams) and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia (Civil). Mathers posted $150 and was released.
- 24 year old, Miranda B. Davis, of Effingham, IL, was arrested by Effingham Police Department for Driving While License Is Suspended and Disobeying A Traffic Control Device.

December 4, 2018
- At 11:54 P.M. north of the intersection of 3rd and 1600th Avenue a semi driven by Gary D. Moore, 65, Belleville, MI, attempted to make a U-Turn. The semi left the roadway and became stuck in the ditch, causing damage to the embankment. No injuries. Moore was ticketed for Improper Turning.

- At 7:26 A.M. at 701 N. Oceola a vehicle driven by Jaimie S. Thomason, 40, Effingham, backed into a vehicle driven by Jason D. Johns, 34, Effingham. No injuries and no citations.
- At 3:35 P.M. north of the intersection of Keller and Evergreen a vehicle driven by Linda L. Nash, 49, Vandalia struck a vehicle driven by Ricardo M. Flores, 52, Schaumburg. No injuries and no citations.
December 6, 2018
- At 1:40 A.M. south of the intersection of W. Fayette and Fayette Frontage an unknown vehicle attempted to pass a vehicle driven by Laura R. Smith, 46, Tempe, AZ, forcing Smith’s vehicle to leave the roadway, strike the curb and come to rest in the yard at 1505 W. Fayette. No injuries and no citations at this time.
