- 44 year old, Christopher T Horste, of Altamont was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for driving while license is suspended and disorderly conduct. Horste posted $300.
- 37 year old, Bonnie A Swofford, of Neoga was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County original warrant for forgery, a Fayette County failure to appear warrant for bad checks, and a Champaign County original warrant for burglary.
- 43 year old, Verrin A Mull Jr, of Beecher City was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for retail theft.
- 37 year old, Joseph W Peters, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving while license is suspended. Peters posted $150.
- 25 year old, Ryan M Astic, of St Elmo was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for retail theft/disp merchandise less than $300. Astic posted $375.

- At 2:36pm at 42 Easy Breeze, an unknown vehicle struck a parked vehicle owned by 18 year old, Sierra K Blankenship, of McKinney, Texas. No injuries and no citations were reported at this time.

- At 2:14pm at the intersection of Willow and Pembroke, a vehicle driven 58 year old, Nelson D Vanzyverden, of Niangua, Missouri rear-ended a vehicle driven by 40 year old, Courtney L Jayne, of Oblong. No injuries or citations were reported.

- At 1:30pm at the intersection of Banker and Hamilton, a vehicle driven by 23 year old, Mitchell L Friese, of Effingham backed into a vehicle driven by 21 year old, Taylor F McGee, of Effingham. No injuries or citations were reported.
- At 4:18pm west of the intersection of Holiday and Pelican, a vehicle driven by 78 year old, Revis E Shelton, of Effingham backed into a parked vehicle owned by 65 year old, Rebecca F Rhodes, of Effingham. No injuries or citations were reported.

- At 9:10am at 1702 W Evergreen, a semi driven by 32 year old, Timothy D Cone, of Baldwin, Florida backed into a parked semi owned by 43 year old, Chad M Booth, of Corunna, Michigan. No injuries or citations were reported.
- At 10:45am at the intersection of Keller and Hampton, a vehicle driven by 16 year old, Bailey B Prosser, of Lakewood rear-ended a vehicle driven by 23 year old, Destiny E Kramer, of St Elmo. Prosser sustained injuries but refused treatment. Prosser was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
