- 24 year old, Audra L. Daugherty, of Brownstown was arrested by the Altamont Police Department for possession of Methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- 34 year old, Jay M. Rutherford, of Decatur was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on a Moultrie County failure to appear warrant for possession of less than 5 grams of Methamphetamine and driving while license is revoked and a Macon County failure to appear warrant for driving while license is revoked. Rutherford was released to Moultrie County authorities.
- 20 year old, Jordan J. Kollman, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for possession of less than 5 grams of Methamphetamine.
- 39 year old, Delynne M. Morgason, of Herrick was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving while license is suspended. Morgason posted $150.
- 24 year old, Avery E. Nance, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of less than 5 grams of Methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia. aggravated fleeing/eluding a peace officer, aggravated battery to a peace officer, resisting a peace officer, driving while license is suspended, and speeding 35 and over the speed limit.

- At 1:55pm at the intersection of Wabash and Willow, a vehicle driven by 56 year old, Victoria L. Beckman, of Teutopolis rear-ended a vehicle driven by 53 year old, Michelle M. Kuhl, of Dieterich. No injuries or citations were reported.

- Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Danielle Hubbell, 31, Clay City, for Operation of Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Driving While Driver’s License Suspended. She was given a Notice to Appear and released.
- Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested John Flanagan, 34, Fairfield, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Domestic Battery. Bond set at $3,500.00 (10%), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He is currently incarcerated in the Clay County Jail.

- Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested David Coggin, 37, Cahokia, on an outstanding Clay County Contempt warrant. Bond set at $150.00 cash. He posted bond and was released.
