Effingham County Jail – April 15, 2017
- 24 year old, Ryan M. Castic, of St. Elmo was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for retail theft of display merchandise less than $300 and a Cumberland County failure to appear warrant for retail theft less than $300.
- 30 year old, Lindsey J.M. Graham, of Altamont was arrested by the Altamont Police Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant attachment for contempt. Graham was given a notice to appear.
- 23 year old, Sandra A. Buening, of Mason was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County mittimus sentencing to 30 days DFD credit 2 days.
- 36 year old, Kris J. Wernsing, of Teutopolis was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving while under the influence and improper lane usage. Wernsing posted $100 and a valid driver’s license.
- 18 year old, Mitchell D. Tuttle, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for no valid driver’s license. Tuttle posted $150.
- 20 year old, Nathaniel W. Baker, of Mattoon was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for retail theft.
Effingham County Jail- April 16, 2017
- 18 year old, Garrett A. Hoene, of Sigel was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving while under the influence, illegal consumption by a minor, illegal transportation by a driver, and illegal lane usage. Hoene posted $100 and a valid driver’s license.
- 41 year old, Brian G. Lidy, of Dieterich was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for failing to yield at an intersection and driving while under the influence. Lidy posted $100 and a valid driver’s license.
- 18 year old, Brayden L. Aldredge, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on a petition to modify the bond for mob action.
- 21 year old, Dalton L. Helmbacher, of Willow Hill was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on a Jasper County failure to appear warrant for criminal trespass to a vehicle.
All persons listed are innocent until proven guilty in the court of law.
