A Beecher City High School student recently received the Hall of FAME (Fantastic Area Mathematicians (Scientists) Extraordinaire) award. The award is given to high school students whom represent the excellence of Effingham County students in math and science.
Claire Gardner was presented with the September Hall of FAME award by Milano and Grunloh Engineers, Joe’s Pizza and Pasta, and Merz Heating and Air Conditioning. Gardner was selected for this award by Beecher City High School Staff. Gardener excels in Math and plans to attend EIU to major in Finance.
The Sponsors of the Hall of FAME award congratulate Claire and Beecher City High School for her extraordinary work in her academics and the school’s excellent direction. The sponsors also encourage all students to work for academic achievement in all classes.
