Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 41 year old Cody J. Sapp of Sigel for a mittimus to IDOC, sentenced to 14 years for delivery of 100-400g of meth, and theft $10k-$100k. Cody was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham City Police arrested 44 year old Kendrick L. Brown of Effingham for domestic battery. Kendrick was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Illinois State Police arrested 28 year old Javier E. Pirela Mache of Chicago for driving while license suspended and speeding. Javier was given an NTA and was released.
